Reporting Copyright Infringement

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location on LoraFiles where the material is found, with enough detail to allow us to locate it.
  4. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our Process Upon Receiving a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a valid Takedown Notice, LoraFiles will:

  • Review the claim for completeness and validity.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in a timely manner.
  • Notify the user who posted or uploaded the material, where applicable, of the removal and the reason for it.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you submitted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which LoraFiles may be found.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order.

Repeat Infringer Policy

LoraFiles reserves the right to remove content and, where appropriate, suspend or terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in accordance with this policy.
